At Dela’s Hair, we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed to ensure prompt dispatch. For this reason, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled once payment has been received.

The only exception is if the item you purchased becomes unavailable or out of stock after your order has been placed. In this case, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered the choice of:

• A full refund,
• An alternative product (if available), or
• Waiting for the item to be restocked.

Please ensure all order details, including products, lengths, colours, and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.
